Well, talk 'bout a long night. Lesther & I didn't get out of urban 'til 11:45pm. Its not like it wasn't worth it though. It was just hard b/c we were both tired, & neither of us had eaten since 12pm. So we were fatigued & famished.
I was scared for a bit there, 'cuz just before we were about to leave, Lesther started getting light-headed, & I thought he was going to pass out. So he had to have a seat & a glass of water. We really should have eaten before we got them done.

I must say, that these tattoos hurt more than the last 2 I got. Then again, the last tattoo I got was just over a year ago now. Oh, hahaha & yes, I got more tattoos. I now have 4 all together, well, the one on my hip I guess you can count as 1, so I have 3? hahahahah

well, right now I'm sitting here @ Urban Graffiti watchin' my baby mutilate his body. hahahah its all good though 'cuz the finished product is gonna look amazing. It was a pretty hush hush project though, I'm only writing about it now, well, cuz he's getting it done, so can't really hide that now can we. I'll have picts up after the day is done. Its gonna look so hot....just like my baby.
I'm standing beside him right now.....he's got his hands in fists right now. Poor lubs. "it kills" he just said. Awwwww.....*smak* there you go all better. Well, it hurts now, but its gonna be worth it. I'll post up the picts tomorrow so that you guys can see.

Well, I must admit, I wasn't too sure how much I'd be into this live journaling thing.
I'm really into my blogger; but since krista is on here, I figured I'd give it a shot. :D You never know unless you try right?
Well tonight was the night of the DGC King of The Hill battle. It was...how do you say.... CRAZY!!!!! hahaha it was a really good turn out, I'd say there was at least 150+ there. Seeing as how I worked the door, yah, I would say that was 'bout right. I should have had a counter on me or something.
I didn't get to watch most of the battles b/c I was working the door all evening. I'm sure I'll watch it a lot though, with the footage that Lesther is going to tape. He's gonna be running that thing for a good month. :P Hahahah even as I sit here typing, they're watching it in the living room right now recording it off the camcorder. :P haha its cool. I actually like watching the footage....but I choose not to right now, 'cuz I know I'll get my fill later.
I'm pretty beat today. On top of working I was working the door at the battle. It may only be collecting money,....but its mental too. Finding the change calculating on the fly....making sure you have enough change, marking the peoples hand. Yup, I was doing that by myself for half the night.
The guys are really proud of the event.....as well they should be. It was dope. Stress free, organized, it pretty much went off without a hitch. Good job boys. I'm sure that theres going to be a 'Second Annual' King of the Hill battle. Coming up next is Break for Bread....which I believe is on the 20th if I'm not mistaken.

.....k seriously, there aren't enough letters in the alphabet to continue that list; in a nutshell.....Loribelle is like Jem. "Truly Outrageous!" (hahaha are you laughing at that one lori????) She's my all-around down for whatever chic. Know why?!?!?!? 'cuz we're all about the'NO DRAMA'. We don't have to worry about the backstabbing, or the attitudes. We're old enough now, & we know that our friendship is strong enough to be able to tell the other person whatever is on our minds. No worries, 'cuz we know that we're gonna be friends in the end. Lori & I .... we go way back; but we had like a 13 year break. All it took was one night, where she made a suprise visit.....& it was like we started right where we left off. I don't ever hesitate to tell her anything. There so many things I can say about her, but I don't know if I could ever do it justice. well.... according to my brother, he's the reason why we're friends. :P hahahaha no, the reason why we're friends, is b/c I use to be a lush, Mich & I ran into each other at the Au Bar, had a blast, & started partying ever since. HAHAHAHAHAHA yup, that pretty much sums up how we started chillin'. & since then...we've been super close. well, we've had our break, but now we're getting back on track. She's a memeber of the "No Drama" club, where our motto is "Don't want it, Don't need it, Don't bring it. " hahahahaha when did we come up with that one? Now, I know her & Lori are sisters....but one thing that's different (other than the fact that she's older...) ... I can go shopping with this girl forever!!! hahahahaha.
On a serious note though; she's my girl. Just like Lori, I can turn to her, & talk to her about anything. She's like the big sister I never had; & I envy Lori for that; cuz not only does Lori have a big sister, but its also her bestest friend. I could only wish for something like that. awwwww....kid sister krista. this girl is good times. hahah remember when your mom was concerned about you hanging out with me? hahahaahahah more like the other way around. For a kid sister, you sure are a bad influence. Hhahaha jokes only. This girl is a sweety :D although I pretty much live with her, I don't see her as often as I'd like to. :( that's pretty sad hey. Krista I miss you. Well, in a short period of time, Krista & I have become pretty tight. We have a lot in common (Lemon drops & Raspberry Cheesecake Brownies) & we totally vibe together. I let her borrow my gear, & she lets me borrow hers. we have a pretty amazing closet. :D But other than the material things; this girl here is awesome. She has an amazing head on her shoulders.....not only is it pretty, but she's got brains too. She has a lot of potential, even though she doesn't realize it; all she has to do is apply herself. Oh what a week.....
Well, kinda a crazy week. I turned another year older this past wednesday.....woooo hoooo...great, getting older. Hhaahaha good thing is, I don't think I look any older, so I guess that's good.
Wednesday
I wanted to try and get the day off for my bday; or at least the day after; but was rejected 'cuz I had to cover for someone that was on vacation. That's cool I guess; not much I can do about that right. The kicker was; when I got into work, someone else took the day off too. So now instead of me covering for one person, I had to cover for 2 people; & what really topped it off....I had to work overtime. I had to hall my butt all the way out to Birds Hill to setup the internet at the V.P's house. Happy Birthday indeed. I ended up finishing everything around 7pm. After that, I headed over to Lesther's; he rented 2 amps, so that we could finally have a session together....with volume. Hhahaahaha.
Around 7:30, we headed out, I dropped Lesther, Klye, and Phil off at the studio for Lesther's class, and after that I went to Just Desserts to meet up with my girls for a little birthday dessert. I have to say, I totally needed that. Cheesecake, and gossip......what a combo. Hahaha I wouldn't even call it gossip; we just talk about whatever. We never talk about anybody 'cept ourselves. Mmmmk....that may sound a little conceided, but what I mean is; when we poke fun, or anything, its usually about us. We talk about how dumb or silly we can be; work, love lives; anything and everything. No Drama Club indeed. Nothing but kicks and giggles with them. Hopefully I'll get the pictures from Lor soon so I can post some up. They were cute. Oh, that just reminded me....I'm digicam-less. *sniff sniff* its like I lost one of my limbs. :P I gotta make more time for my girls.....I was talking to Lori, and she said that they just figure I'm always busy, which is true; but I really have to make time for them. We had some really good laughs, & some really good cheesecake. Mmmmmm.....
After the dish & dessert with the girls; I headed back to pick up the boys. :P hahah ok, not boys, 'guys'. I wasn't up to going out anywhere for my bday, b/c i knew that they would try to get me drinks; and I couldn't afford to do that 'cuz I had work the next morning. What did we do instead???? Went back to Less' and had a different kinda session. Geeze, there goes my 3 years streak. Honestly though, it was sooooo good. hahaha I couldn't stop smiling and laughing. I crashed around 3 or 4....and when I woke up, total wreck. My eyes felt like they were gonna shut on me while I was driving to work. Everyone that saw me in the halls asked me if I had a good night......hahahah they could totally tell I got rocked the night before. I don't know if it was b/c it was still in my system; but I so was not functioning properly. It was funny though, a good experience. My birthday 'day' sucked, but my birthday 'night' rocked. Thanx guys. =)
Thursday
...was total chill day. Got off work early so I could go get my needle at the doctor's. Not like its the best thing to ever happen, but hey....I got off early. :P Its funny how much your arm hurts after you get a shot. Such a little prick, feels like someone decked you in the arm. Owwie. After work I headed home to check up on some stuff. Received a package in the mail from Alvarro. :D OOOOOO bday present. He got me a red old school adidas track jacket. Wooooo hoooo talk about hot. I've wanted one for a while, and now.....YES!!!! Thanx kuya!!!! Its really nice, my fav. part about it, is the collar. Its soooo nice. After the condo, I made my way to Lesthers. Played around with the bass, watched t.v & laid around with my baby......fell asleep @ 10:30pm. Hhaahah that's the earliest we've ever fallen asleep in a while. I mean, we take naps....but, this time we called it a night. I think it finally caught up to us. Its all good though; 'cuz there's nothing like falling asleep beside my guy. 8D luv it......
Friday
WOOOOOO HOOOOOOOO hooray for the weekend. I was suppose to have a shindig to celebrate my bday at Barca, but it turns out that they were booked for socials that weekend...so I figured what's the point. I just ended up chilling with Lesther, Mark, Arthur, and Sonny....and had another session. Hhahahaah I seem to like it a lot more now than I did back then. I guess its from the company I keep. They make me smile and laugh, rather than drag me down. Although, I did crash again....hahaha I don't even remember when. All I remember was falling asleep and waking up beside my guy. =) awwwww i seriously love those mornings.
Saturday
.....talk about a 'dread'ful day. Hhahaha no, not in a bad way. I mean literally...... After having breakfast, & watching my morning cartoons; I started my work on Lesther's hair. That's right; we're dreading it up again. First i sectioned all of his hair. We started around 12:30; watched Naruto while we were sectioning....I think I finished around 3:30. It took a little longer b/c we couldn't decide if he should have 2-inch dreads, or 1+1/2-inch dreads. He's so indecisive at times, its so cute. He finally decided on 1+1/2h-inch, and I was well on my way. I think by the time i was finished, there was about 43 sections. They looked pretty clean so I was proud. Lesther seemed to like them. But that was the sectioning part, the harder part was yet to come. So I took a little nap again before I started.
I have to say, Lesther was pretty excited.....'cuz as soon as I opened my eyes...."Wanna start?" hahahahhaa morequals to you babe.So we were off. Around the time I started his second dread, Mike came by to watch the footage from the Regina battle. It was cool, I haven't seen mike in ages; just at Wednesday's classes. So it was cool to just hangout. He had to jet like 30 mins. later though....but it was all good.
After 'bout the 6th dread I did, i was kinda getting frustrated. Only 'cuz i know how Lesther is, and I didn't feel like I was doing a good enough job; so I felt really bad. We almost had an argument; but I quickly got over it, and had another go at them. After that little scene, I started to get the hang of it. We ordered some pizza, 'cuz we were getting crazy hungry. When it came, we setup camp upstairs in the living room....moved the couch, 'cuz we were on a 'date' hahahhaha or so he says. (he makes me smile all the time.)
Mmmm...Chicken and Feta pizza from Dominos. Its sooooo good. We ordered that, some chicken wings, and bread sticks. Oooo how delicous. Hee hee....we popped in Digimon the movie and chow'd down. After 'bout 5 minutes when we were done eating we had at his hair again. Knotty Knotty boy Less....hahaha...oh how he loves them dreads. We wathed 3 movies that night. Digimon, Escaflowne, & White Chicks. Ahahahah poor baby, I wonder how bad his scalp was hurting. I can't really feel the pain when I'm the one yanking at his hair. Hahahahaah he said my grip was stronger than Phil & Laud's put together. hahahahaah....kay, I don't know if that's a good thing or a bad thing. Hhahahah i guess I'm just strong. That's cool...(don't mess with me.:P hahahaha) By the time i was done dreading Less' hair, it was 2:30am. Geebus.....it was cool though. He seemed pretty happy with it. Right after that though, we just went straight to bed......i didn't realize how tired that made me. Zonk....lights out for me. hahahah it was cute seeing him go to bed with that little stocking on his head. hahaha oops....maybe I wasn't suppose to say anything.
Sunday
I have now caught up on the week. Lets see, how did the morning start. Well, woke up to my baby; that's always a great way to kick-start the morning. Had some breakfast....mmmmmm left over pizza is the best kinda breakfast there is. (hee hee) After breakfast; finished up Lesther's dreads; I had to redo a few of the them; they were my 'beginner dreads'.; and top'd it off by waxing them. & voila.....dreads a la aurora. Hahahahah yay....he's got little nubs. hahahaha they're cute. I love dreads; I can't wait to get mine done. I'm just scared of feeling gross, 'cuz I love the feeling of combing & washing my hair. But I guess you gotta try everything once right.....I can't wait. Hopefully Lesther will be more gental on me than I was with him. hahahahahaha.....
After the waxing, I dropped off Lesther and Kyle to their dance class, & just hung out and watched. The studio is kinda small; there's huge windows setup infront of each studio (there's only 2 of them) so that the parents can watch while their kids learn. I was sitting there, with all these little ballerina babies. KAWAIIIII!!!! Sooooo cute.....little girls in their little ballerina slippers. They must've been like 3. There was this one girl though, that totally made me smile. She comes running in, & completely bails. Face plant on the floor. At first, I was stunned.....then I started smirking when she just popped back up, & started running again. When she got back up, she started climbing onto the chairs to see the kids dance in the studio; she slips, & falls right off the chair. Again, she just pops back up & gets back on the chair. The classes start to let out, & she stands on the chair again, slips, & bangs her head on the window. Hahahahahaha...I know its mean to laugh, 'cuz its a little kid & all, but geeze. Can you say klutz? She takes a lick'n & just keeps on tick'n. .She bang'd her head super hard on the window. All the parents were worried, but then you hear her dad say "Its ok, she does it all the time. I don't know who's a bigger klutz, me or her." hahahahahaaha she was cute though. Totally made me smile. One things for sure though; if my kid were like that; I'd be strappin' a football helemet on 'em. :P
So after class; the 3 of us headed to Outer Perimeter. yup, I put a hold on 4 Pinky's. The guy said he'd sell me all 4 for $60. WOOOO HOOO hahahha what a deal. These are limited edition though....so we'll see when I can scrounge up enough cash to get them. After that, we headed to IGA where we kinda just went on an impulse shopping binge. Hahahahaha....lets just say we were buying necessities for later activities. ;) **wink wink, nudge, nudge** 4 bottles of Iced Tea (Lesther & I have been sucking those things back like nothing. I seriously think we could finish 2x2ltr's in a day.) Some candies, chips & dip. Hahahaha get the picture? After we bought our supplies, we went to subway to get some eats, 'cuz we were all hungry. Mmmmmm....subway. I love deli food. Then after the food run we headed back home to Lesther's and started our jam session.
Kyle's officially named his guitar "Rock Lee" hahaha cool huh. Its a guitar, so it definitly rocks; but its also green; like Rock Lee's body suit. All Kyle needs to get is an orange strap, & he's set. As for my bass....I don't think I'll name it; but I've thought of what decals I wanna put on it. I was surfin' the net & found a pinky drawing version of my fav. street fighter character sakura. Sooooo cute.....so I think I'm gonna do that up. My friend Lester is gonna try to make up a stencil for me, & we're gonna airbrush it. I think I'll just have it done in all white....that would look sweet....or maybe pink. Hmmmmmmmm....... Kyles doing really well on the guitar; although he may think otherwise. I guess I'm doing ok on the bass; but I with practice, I'm hoping to do better. Lesther.....well....frick, he just makes me sick, 'cuz he's good at all of it. The guy figured out the Megaman theme songs in like less than 30 minutes. Kyle and I sat there and watched in amazement. :P Lesther just likes to show off.......bleh. Hhahaha just kidding....go baby go baby go.....
Now, all the guys are over; we were all jamming for a while; they were going off on all the instruments. I was trying to teach Bob how to play something on the bass. For some reason I thought he knew how to play the guitar, but he didn't. That's cool though, it was neat showing him how. They're all breaking right now, & I'm on the computer looking up bass tabs, & updating my blogger. WOW LONG ENTRY!!! hahahahha needless to say, its pretty late. :P
Hhahahahaaha....Lesther just got in troubles from his mom for being so loud. :P hahahah "no volume control" Well, I'm gonna finish this up & get to bed; I have work tomorrow morning, so I gotta get up early. Yikes....its 3am :S 3 hours should do me good. hahahhaah
